Nice hotel but can be better in many areas

With the money that I spent and the hotel is under the Hilton chain, I think is not really worth as: 1. Breakfast - we walked into restaurant without any staff noticed us and we have to look for table by ourselves. Very limited choices and basic food was served. Food quality was not great and I need to ask chef to refill the food! 2. Toilet - toilet bowl is not clean and you can see some dirt on the toilet bowl. 3. Only basic decoration which is some flower petal on your bed for celebrating anniversary (Hilton KL provide more than this and they have same rated star!) 4. No staff standing at the main door However, the location of the hotel is very convenient and bed is comfortable. Staff at the reception counter is helpful and nice.

Good Location, Great Hotel - small details need improvement

Wonderful place with hospitable staff.
