Good Location, Great Hotel - small details need improvement

Located just a few minutes from Phrom Phong BTS makes it easy to move around Sukhumvit area. Excellent hotel with a very comfortable room and bed. They even offer Crabtree & Evelyn toiletries! Impressive! We however encountered small issues during our stay here. First, the small safe was out of battery when we got to the room - they replaced it in less than 10 minutes! Then one of the keycards could not access the room. The small safe decided to stop working after that! They then replaced the entire safe for us. The weighing scale was the next casualty - that too stopped working! Having said all that, the hotel staff were kind enough to tend to our issues as quickly as we had reported them. They even followed up with courtesy calls to make sure that we were okay. Excellent service!

Wonderful place with hospitable staff.
