A thumbs up!

This was our 2nd stay at the Doubletree Hilton. We were back for my birthday cum Anniversary celebration. Doubletree never disappoints us with their great service and hospitality as always.
The visit was in fact a postponed holiday due to the earlier booking has to be cancelled as we have an emergency back home right after we landed in Bangkok. We spoken to the front desk and the reservation manager allowed us to reserved the following few days stays to be postponed but to check in within a 3 months period.
This was indeed a very thoughtful service by the hotel. There was no hassle at all with the return visit. Doubletree service is always tip top I would say. I love the complimentary cookies we had during the check in too! It was served warm!
