No booked type of room available when checked in

We were told there was not the type of 2-bed room when we checked in. We rejected to have one-bed room then the hotel reluctantly to offer an upgrade, but not the same type of room we booked for coming 4 nights, finally, we felt tired and troublesome and then agreed to pay for an upgrade to the same room of coming 4 nights, to avoid hassle.

Beds are not comfortable
