Family trip with elderly

This trip was memorable here coz my old dad fell in the lobby due to loss balance on the chair. If the ground floor is not marble mass but cover by carpet would caused lesser injury. The staff were helpful and help us to settle the wound. Even no gauze could provide to stop bleeding but using cotton pad. They also sent dad the card. Other than that, the stay in here for two night were very comfortable as we booked a lake view two bedroom flat and very big enough for three person stay. Swimming pool was fantastic I loving swim there at night time. Will go there alone next time

This was better as the Somerset, now under new ownership the front desk staff are unfriendly

Location is good, reception is considerate and polite, breakfast has variety of taste
