The staff here is friendly and always with smiles. For a request of change of room, the general manager came to find out more and done all the coordination. The management does care for his guest and all the best to Mr Piyatat Suriyakham and all his hotel staffs.

Grand hotel with not so good management

Rude staff, pictures on agoda do not represent the hotel.
