Terrible bad information , No backup power to support guest.

We chek-in around 17:00 PM after we stay inside our room at 17:30 the hotel power shutdown with no information from hotel staff no air condition, no water , we keep waiting for 30 mins then We need to follow up by calling reception asking for When the power will resume !!! But they don’t know . We need to go out for out dinner as we can’t stay in the hotel with nothing under the dark and the weather very hot 30’C with nothing we can do. After breakfast on 23 Jan around 8:30AM the hotel power were shutdown again with the same .... no air condition, no water . We keep waiting for an hour with no information from hotel staff as well , we were called to reception asking for the result but no one know When the power will resume !!! Till 09:45 the power resume as normal.

The view is good but the hotel is not comfortable
If you want to find a unique place to take some photos this place is definitely what you want. But if you are looking for a comfortable hotel to stay in, I suggest you not choose this one.
