Easy to get to if arriving by bus from Bangkok utilise free shuttle to clock tower. Walk to the next major intersection cross road you will pass through 2 banks a 7/11 there is an alley right next to 7/1 turn left and you will walk to front door of hotel, Cleaning ladies keep the hotel spotlessly clean they are also very friendly. Breakfast was good first few days than deteriorated. Food was also blend. Rooms are spacious with air con and satellite TV stations. My only criticism is that the pool was closed for maintenance and the hotel failed to make this known at time of booking. When I wanted to cancel last days booking I was told that the fee was not refundable. Complained to Agooda and as a goodwill gesture was refunded last days stay by Agooda. Thank you Agooda
