Treated as a second class citizen

Over the last few years we have stayed in Asia using agoda about 80 times This is the only time we have been treated badly The lady manager/owner or maybe receptionist treated us so badly from arrival to checkout choosing to help or answer others before us Evan if we were first in line Or Evan ignoring us altogether,,,,, other staff were lovely The experience was shocking

Cancelled the pier taxi on us last minute

Great place, good location, awesome owner and staff
Not on the beach, but everything else is great. Owner runs a tight ship and keeps the place quiet at night which is not easy on Koh Phangan. Clean pool, excellent breakfast, near everything in Thong... อ่านต่อ

The manager and staff make this place great. They keep it clean and run it well. THANK YOU! A little noisey from the Europeans (with the exception of the English) who talk loud and smoke way too much... อ่านต่อ

Surprised me! Better than expected!

Awesome place to stay
Great pools. Clean rooms. Best in the area. Its far from main party area so ypu need tp rent a scooter. The beach it pretty cool but its sand isnt the best. Just a little walk from the weekend market ... อ่านต่อ
