Acceptable option.

Good option for a hotel with large, clean rooms, good wifi, AC, cable TV (5-6 non-thai channels).
Facilities are on the new side and are well-kept.
Friendly staff, not so friendly front desk. Breakfast is out of their regular menu.
[One interesting issue, the walk-in price was lower than the one I paid with a 2-month advanced reservation].

Nice hotel in good location
