Strange Owner
Owner was away over busy new year period leaving inexperienced staff in charge of a messed up booking system (hand written in a note book). Staff struggled to allocate correct rooms (one of us was down as having two rooms booked for example). When owner was contacted via phone (she was in Chaing Mai), she spent 5 minutes blaming her staff and asking if I wanted me to fire one of them. Wait, what??? So rather than taking responsibility for the problems at her establishment, which she had left in the hands of inexperienced staff over the busiest period of the year (New Year), she blamed everyone else. In summary: rude owner, unreliable hand written booking system, and inadequately trained staff. Would definitely NOT stay here again.
