location too far away , not a lovely hotel

too out from the city , staff are not that helpfull as i ask them to help me to call to change my flight them told me to call myself as they always put them on hold as they dont have the time to wait at the end i have to call myself from the room is chargeable so may be that why they want me to call myself. the massage from the hotel spa was lousy and i think they are charging too far expensive. will not be back to that hotel again

Pretty hotel not close to anything
