Don't rent vehicles from opposite hotel massage parlour

we were 3 in a group, booked a room with extra bed and the hotel upgraded our room to superior deluxe room & allow the extra person free breakfast even if the booking says breakfast for two. the service is good, the breakfast is decent. however, we had major hiccup for our car rent during our stay. the massage parlour opposite by the name of 'Big Smile Massage' with car/bike rental and was being recommended by the reception as well. we have warned them not to recommend that anymore and would like you to be aware and be more careful when renting vehicles. So, we rented a car from there and we had took pictures as required by the lady in charge. But when we return the car she started to change to this academy award winning actress. she started to pick on us saying that we did not fill up the car,scratched the car,broken the backlights etc.some we had pics to shut her mouth but some that we missed cos the pics were not clear enough.do not pay them and ask hotel to help call police if

This hotel is really nice great location and staff are the best
