Excellent hotel

Stayed at the hotel last year december for two weeks. We got room upgrade when we went to check-in. It was free of charge. Personel were amazing. Super helpful, positive and very friendly staff. Rooms were always clean and fresh water every day. Some days we found even complimentary fruit. The pools were clean. Plenty of room to have a fun. Children's playroom was nice. Looking forward to stay there again.
