A bit disappointed

It is on a hill so needed two lifts to get to the room which was excellent with very good wi fi.
Pool loungers all seemed to be occupied so never used the pool.
Breakfast was not great and the staff were not very attentive.
Reception was a bit chaotic with one girl handling checkout at 12pm (departure time)
Getting stuck in the lift on leaving didn't help.
All in all not bad but overpriced for what it was imo.

Very dissapointing and uncomfortable room, but good location

Excellent hotel
