Unclear information from reservation (sales) team and unprofessional service from front desk.
You could not get the correct information and details from sales on the website they will ask you to check on the website. After you booked everything and something went wrong they will tell you sorry with non responsibility just to pass that situation. I recommend you to book through Agoda Incase something goes wrong they will not trying to help you at all, they said if you would like to complain please contact agoda. Sales team K.Nan who’s always provides wrong information and lady at front desk who’s not willing to help at all. Thank you to K. Pawida from Agoda team who’s help me solve the problem. If you really want to booked this place for your stay, Morning dive is start at 6 am and breakfast is start at 7 am, do not book breakfast in the rate. And many guests told me that booked room separately is cheaper than the special price that they mentioned (sales). Japanese reception is okay, he was the only one after you faced the problem and still service you as guest.
