The behavior of the room cleaning staff was nightmarish!They behave like fraudsters and try to charge one of our rented room 1300 thai baht by accusing my friend causing dirtiness on the quilt cover. it happened on second day morning.the so called 'dirtiness' were merely few "not so eye-visible" and not so obvious bluish dots. There is no way we can cause this kind of bluish dots because it's clearly somekind of chemical material from their previous laundry cleaning.We believe the bluish dots already exist prior to our check-in.After we argued with their manager and stand firmly to deny on their unreasonable accuse, they finally end up with nothing definite & stop extorting us. This incident totally ruin our whole trip's moods! We swear we won't check in to this hotel again! Infact,the hotel itself is nice. Clean and bright room, but not so Close to BTS.The hotel staffs overall are nice & helpful.Swimming pool really disappointing,too small to swim.Conclusion,think twice before u book!
