Wonderful experience to stay in this hotel

In fact this time we stay in this hotel because for my friend who going to propose to his girlfriend. Before we arrive, we had started to contact the staff of the hotel and the roof top lounge to prepare some important things for this special event. With the help and arrangement from the hotel, everything goes well and smooth especially the flowers, music and all the staff well prepared as per our requested. Finally my friend's girlfriend cry because of full of joy and this memorable moment had completed successfully. Well done all the staff who works for our plan especially all the staff from the roof top lounge - Octave. Thank you so much!! Of course apart of the staff, the location of the hotel also is excellent which is very near to the BTS station for you to travel around very convenience.

Good hotel but poor staff

Clean, luxurious, great location
