All the pieces fit together

Location, hospitality, facilities - everything works. Staff is consistently friendly. Not flawless, but when things go wrong they are eager to fix them. Next challenge for this hotel: PLASTIC. Tons of water bottles, shampoo bottles, etc. Hotel says they are picked out of the trash every night but I wonder ...
