Nice hotel and Huge Room

Love the size of the room! Comes with a living room, a bedroom, a kitchenette, and a cosy corner with a small table and chair. TV in both bedroom and living room. Issue faced as follows: 1) Room phone did not state what number to dial to front desk. They have a "At your Service" quick dial button but when i pressed it, it went to a "no dial" tone. In the end, I needed to go level 1 to ask the front desk for service. 2) At front desk, spoke to a senior looking lady in dark suit, told her my issue, and also what number to dial to front desk. She wrote my room number and said will get someone to take a look. Think she forgot, no one came, so i had to call front desk to get someone to fit my issue. 3) Even though they have a nice cosy corner with a small desk and chair. Not recommended to sit there with curtain open, because the lamp will shine directly into my room, super bright and shine into my eyes. My room is 1410.

Solid hotel, with a couple of caveats
