Poor Experience due to staff services
I started staying in this establishment by staying in the Marriott Hotel side of the building. Then I extended my stay by another night and accidentally booked the Marriott Apartments Bangkok instead. I have asked the staff whether I can pay the different to remain in the same room in the hotel side of the building but she told me the hotel is fully booked. So I quickly went back to my room pack all my belonging to move to the apartment.
Later I checked the availability of the hotel rooms just to find out that it was highly available, and up on confrontation admitted I can pay 1250Baht to stay in my room so I don't have to pack and unpack then pack again the next day. She lied so she don't have to find out the cost difference and that just blow me away. This shows then quality of staffing and training this hotel provide to their staffs.
The stay was alright over all. I do expect the room to be a bit more spacious and the GYM is too dark and doesn't give you that energy vib to get motivated for a good workout session.
There ain't much variety in dining within the hotel and I can't say the services provided by the staffs at the rooftop bar as friendly.
