'Terrible' is the word to describe my stay at a so call high end apartment. I arrive during the check in time and was informed by the staff that the room isn't ready as they have extended the check out time for the previous customer and couldn't tidy up the room in time for me to check in. Qns 1, why do the hotel still extend the check out time for the previous customer when they cannot even have a room available for the next paying customer. I was told to wait at the lobby till the room is available. Qns 2: can't the hotel provide a more comfortable option like free drink voucher or credit to be use at their premises since it's over booking on their part? I waited till 5pm and still no news if my room is ready. Qns 3: can't the staff update us on the progress rather than after 2 hours we have to ask the staff if we are ready to be checked in. To my dismay, the room is still not available!! I was tired and frustrated with all the waiting but the staff doesn't seems to care. This was a total disappointment for my Bangkok trip and I would have expected more from a Marriott brand.
