awful hotel experience

we transfer to this hotel in last day of our trip to bangkok.The experience was awful. The location is far away from airport.The staff is rude .even houskeeping refused to provide water bottles for my kids.i booked morning call at 3 A.m but they didn,t bother to call me.when i inquired at reception they were rude & casual.in total this is worst property to stay near Airport.i am very much afraid to book through Agoda Also for this awful experience.

Close to airport with local night night market right next door
Overall a good value, stayed one night as a layover traveling out of BKK. Room was clean and affordable. Swimming pool and fish foot spa on premises. Hard to book a room for a family of five.

Everything great , yommy food ,but shower too small need curtain close between shower and toilet.
