Lack in hospitality

Given the price of the accommodation, we were expecting a much better service. However, we were disappointed with a few staff at the hotel. Most of them were not attentive and seem not so interested in helping. The staff at the restaurant also needs more training for order taking and also providing essential basic service like setting up folks+spoons, providing straws.. we had to ask her to bring one by one and she seemed unsatisfied and as if we were asking too much of her. I do understand the hotel policy regarding cleanliness of the houses, but charging 300-500baht for using the kitchen utencils/supplies just dissappointing as it should be covered with cost of housekeeping. Aside from lack of personel training, we were happy with the house and how spacious it was. Would recommend for young friends + families to go. Would be much better if there was more TV channels though.

aside from the staff that friendly , all consider very dissapointed

An enjoyable short break away with the family.

Comfortable stay
The best European breakfast we've ever had outside Bangkok. Large and clean room and a romantic mountain view from the rooftop in the evening.
