Great rooms and lovely pool

Speedy check in and great check in staff (inc bell boy). The rooms are modern and very clean. Nice bathroom but unfortunately the shower was not that warm and not hot enough for a bath. The pool area is great and they have a good selection of food and drinks. The staff by the pool should learn to be more polite. My wife asked if there was a happy hour and the staff member gave a funny look and said "we don't do that drink" lol. My wife then asked for a Pink Lady cocktail (on the menu) and the staff asked the other member of staff if they did those. Didn't fill us with much confidence but they were really nice cocktails in the end. Overall, its a great hotel for the $$$ and I would recommend it. Just a few things that need attention.

it is overrated

Excellent staff
