Basic accommodations in good location

I had a standard room with a fan. The room was very basic but clean. The property could use some upgrading, and the landing by the river is not usable. What makes it worth staying here is the location. It's right off the walking street in a pretty quiet corner. I visited Edible Jazz a couple doors down more than once for the music, food, and drinks at night, and also just to read in a hammock during the day. Overall, there are nicer places to stay, but this one is fine.

Good location, very little else
