The worst hotel I have ever been

Terrible.no hot water un the room.they did not change us the room and invite us to go if we do not like it.plugs didn't work, terrible bed, when you lying on it you go deep to the floor, dirty, door cannot be closed properly.Absolutely the worst hotel we have been never
