Breeze of Pai Guesthouse
We booked two nights here after seeing good reviews online. We booked a standard double room with Air conditioning to then arrived in what felt like the Sahara desert with twin beds and no aircon. After we settled in we wanted general information on Pai, we waited at the reception for about 15 minutes to discover that the owners were sleeping in the back and completely ignored us. We then went into the city to find some information off the street (which was easy enough). After the first night we got back to our room which was obvious that nobody had even been in, as our beds hadn't been made, no clean towels or bins emptied, which after being on a full day trip was disappointing to come back to. The room also seemed to smell worse every time we entered it. The beds felt damp and were unpleasant to sleep in. We never had any wifi signal from any part of our room.
Luckily it is in a great location so we were able to stay out the majority of our time there and avoid the room. The bungalows may have been better to stay in, maybe why they're more expensive?
Location great and they let us leave our bags next to reception after check out, everything else was very poor.
Probably the worst place we have stayed in two months.
