Good Hotel with minor flaws
I was early for check-in at about 1PM. The Receptionist told me that room 602 was already cleaned and I could move in. Unfortunately there was no suitcase carrier to help me with my luggage. (I have just gotten used to that from my favourite Hotel in Pattaya)
When I came to the room it has not yet been fully cleaned and had to be finished by housekeeping.
I liked the design of the room, especially the shower.
Some points I did not like:
- dirty wall above the keycard reader
- there was still hair in the drain of the shower
- shelf on the right side of the bed is too small with the telephone on it (put it on the floor)
Strong points:
- nice selection of free snacks and beverages
- AC has many options and can be set to quiet mode
Neutral:
- room includes a microwave (no need for that, as there is a water boiler)
- relatively big TV (I don't watch TV)
- AC is blowing in direction of your face, when in bed
- big window surface, which lets sun and street noise into the room
