Don’t be fooled by the word paradise. Paradise for the location yes...it ends there. You are stuck secluded from anywhere paying their high prices for substandard f&b and general hotel additional such as kayak HIRE...that’s bit even the worst of it. Their management is horrendous (!). We arrived as two solo travellers requested twin beds to find one king bed. On requesting a change the manager (Ms Lee) was extremely aggressive, unwilling to suggest any compromise for the hotels fault for not informing us of the room situation apart from a child’s food out bed (both me and my friend are 6ft3 tall...). We had to take the matter to the General Manager as Ms Lee was so poor at her job of dealing with hotel guests correctly. We spent an hour wasted over the phone with Ms Lee refusing to come to the room and speak in person and then another 45mins on departure waiting to speak to someone else. A real pity as a nice location but so poorly managed.
