Blissful luxury in a wonderful setting

We just returned from a 10 night stay at Anantara, the hotel is wonderful and far exceeded our expectations. I don't think the photos on the website accurately reflect how luxurious it is. The gardens, pool, spa and rooms are beautiful. The staff were extremely attentive and friendly.

We debated whether to book here as initially wanted to be closer to chaweng (actually only 15 min in a cab) but on reflection this was a good choice as chaweng can be a bit tacky and the fishermans village next to the hotel has a great selection of bars and restaurants. In particular we'd recommend il salotto for excellent Italian food.

All in all a brilliant holiday and we hope to be back soon!

Escape from reality, close to fisherman's village

nice hotel. cozy and familiar.
