A secluded jewel

Stunning setting. We were in hill side accommodation which was a ‘gentle pull’ on the way to breakfast or the beach. However, nothing can detract from the beauty of the location. Staff could not have been more responsive but some reception staff lacked english: But I blame my lack of Thai. The rooms have open guarding to balconies which toddlers can fall through but they fixed ours with netting and a gate over night. Some personal transport important if you want to explore- but the roads are ‘death on a stick’. No day went by without witnessing a scooter driver being scrapped off the road. Not a fault of the hotel - rather political will to introduce decent roads and highway code to the Island. Food and beverage offer is very limited - but staff did their best . The beach is beautiful and tropical fish ubiquitous. Would definitely go again.

No Free WiFi also phones don't work
