Not a leading hotel of the world...why?

- The beach not nice artificel..you will not be able to swim...
-The food not good, the breakfast not good
-the service not good, they don't even speak english.
-The villa seaview, nice view on the beach
All in All I will not come back to any orient express. They would like to reduce the cost, and the quality is not here.

Bad ac and bed
The ac unit was simply not strong enough. Coupled with a bed that was way too soft it made it very hard to sleep.

Luxury hotel
It was a pleasure staying at the Belmond Koh Samui. Understated luxury, at its finest. Wonderful staff, beautiful grounds, delicious food. It felt like our own private hideaway.
