Terrible service : guest should do everything by themselves if they need help.

This hotel doesn’t provide very basic things to customers. I asked to get a bottle opener and chopsticks but I need to come down to the restaurant and pay deposit first and collect them by myself. I just wanted to grab some disposable chopsticks but they didn’t have them. At night, there were lots of mosquitos in my room so I went to the reception and asked them for mosquito spray but the staff just simply said to me that “call to the housekeeping”. To use Wifi there, I should log in every time I use. The food of their restaurant was also horrible. Soup tasted very fishy and my steak was cooked too well done so I had to wait another 10 mins to wait for a new one and the side dish was already cold after they served a new one.

Good Location
Good location with pool leading straight to the pool. Very convenient. Breakfast could have been better but it was still good.

Very relax and enjoying food, nice and clean beach including night life.

A very nice hotel, in nice quiet surrounds
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, with the exception of the Buffet breakfast. The quality was very ordinary and, most times,items were not replenished, as they were used.
