Lovely hotel set in beautiful grounds

This was our first stay at Haadson Resort, although we are frequent visitors to the area. We were delighted with this place. The rooms are comfortable, with huge beds, and the grounds are stunning. The food at the restaurant is very good, but there are several Thai-style restaurants nearby if you want something different. The beach is just across a quiet little road and the hotel provides plenty of sunbeds and deckchairs. The beach is lovely, and away from the hotel is deserted. It's possible to walk for miles and rarely see another person. The resort is far from the centre of Khao Lak, but a free shuttle is available. This is a great place for relaxing for a few days.
