A lovely quiet resort, so close to nature

What a lovely place. The stay started well with an ugrade on arrival, I had booked a coconum room but was put in a villa so had a room separate from others with a lovely big outside bath. The room was lovely with a big balcoy and big comfy bed. The place is one of the very few still left in Thailand, it is quiet with no big buildings, plenty of beautiful nature around. The staff were friendly and the breakfast good as far as small Thai resorts knowing what a good international breakfast is! I had read the reviews about the resort being far from shops and restaurants so hired a car, which was a good idea. As recommended we visited the black and white restaurant up the beach, the food was good and reasonably priced (it was a bit of a shame that the lady shouted out to her friend in Thai asking what the foreigner price for a Phad Thai was though!). I would definitely reccommend this place but suggest a car is a good thing to have.
