Wonderful retreat
Fabulous retreat in lush tropical gardens. I wish we had had more time to enjoy and indulge into its beauty and serenity. Fantastic pool with gardens all around you. The design of the whole resort is beautifully planned and made of natural materials with cute bridges, ponds with ducks, plants and flowers of all sorts. Great for cycling or just walking around and listening to birds twitting. The beach was surprisingly good (we are quite spoilt by Phuket and other island beaches). But! Beware on your way to the beach, the stairs are broken and even no stairs in the end and you can hardly see it till you step and fall. Аnd no mark about it, which was the only disappointment about the hotel! And you have to cross the road to get to the beach which is not very comfortable... However great bar to view sunsets with a couple of cocktails (they have happy hour just in time!). Beautiful and very delicious cocktails, nice food both European and Thai and served quite well. Inxpensive champagne. Good breakfast. All in all a very lovely place we will be happy to return!
