Came here for my birthday trip alone. Not much ppls cause of low season, but I don't think it will be crowded even the hotel is full. Stayed in Centara hotels for few times and their services are always over my expectation. Every staffs in the hotel has a smiley face and say hello to their guest (yes, every!)
Hotel located in the center of Kata area, I can walk to the beach within 10 minutes. (They also provide one-way shuttle to the beach, but I prefer walking)
Shops, food stalls, convenient stores, bars and restaurants are near-by in walkable distance. Also you can try their room service or restaurants in the hotel if you're too tired after enjoying the pool, they provide different cuisines and delicious.
Rooms are clean and no mosquito even I opened the balcony doors (I stayed in 3rd floor), the main pool is suitable for child with a water slide and a mini-bar besides it. Choose the pool side room if available.

Room for improvement

Great family holiday
