Best Pool Access resort in Phuket

Booked 3 rooms and got one and forced to change to another room type (called "upgrade") that we didnt want. Apparantly people staying in our rooms wanted to extend and we were being requested to give up. Finally forced them to give a real upgrade and cut down the price to half. Also got a free lunch from them. otherwise this is probably the 5th or 6th time staying there and it is always a pleasure.
