Great resort, room and beach

We loved our stay at Mom Tris Villa Royale. The resort is funky and unique, the rooms big, clean and very comfortable. We stayed in the room with the plunge pool for something special and it did not disappoint; we could lounge in our pool while enjoying the view of the beach. The two private terraces were a bonus. Bottled water is complimentary every day along with a fruit bowl and homemade pastries. The breakfast buffet had something for everybody, including western and asian options. The entire staff was friendly. The resort sits on the hillside above Kata beach but a short staircase provides quick and easy access to one of the best beaches in Phuket. We walked (~10 minutes) into the nearby village every day for shopping, spa services and delicious food.

Excellent hotel, staff & cuisine
