very average do not expect good service...

The Room provided to us was a twin room, the beds are comfortable but the room lacks proper lighting. The toilet needs much more lighting as its dark and gloomy and does not have a ventilation system that is very effective. The reception staff and does not speak English so any sort of communication is just a waste of time. The hotel runs a free shuttle service from the town location to the Patong location which is the happening part of Phuket for night life, this information should be provided to customers. We were charged 500 Bhatt by the hotels taxi driver and the concierge did not tell us that there is a service provided for free.. Breakfast is good but the wait staff keep hovering around the tables and can make your breakfast experience unpleasant... Very average hotel will prefer to pay more next time and stay in Ptaong.

Merlin not recommended

some days are okay
for some days to go around the island the hotel is okay. if you had visited the other beaches by taxi or public bus, you can go with the shuttle bus (free of charge) to two merlin hotels in patong or ... อ่านต่อ
