Very accommodating

Our flight was cancelled we turned up next day they upgraded us to pool view room .and we stayed extra 2 nights they give us the same room at no extra cost .i would definitely go there again and recommend it to my friends .very good hotel

Careful to choose this hotel! Very bad experience
You can't see the beach or ocean from the hotel. It is so dissapointing. Staff is bad. They can ignore you even you asked order politely. Wrong booking and had to spent an hour or more to settle after... อ่านต่อ

The Old Phuket
The hotel itself is great. Very clean and quiet. If you want to relax, this is the place to be. Surrounding is very serene. Nice staff, very friendly.
