Quite & Good Location

Good location. Far from the noisy part of Patong, yet near to the beach and many shops nearby. However, we noticed that there were mosquitoes in our room as night falls. Front office should have told us about it.

Unhelpful staff
The staff was overall unhelpful. The front desk staff wouldn't even get out of their chairs to show us where to go to get to our rooms. They were reluctant to give us a second key card. The website ad... อ่านต่อ

Everything is ok but the cleanliness of room need to improve

Pool access room
The room is good, but not clean enough, and the lounge chair outside balcony were spoiled. 7-11 opening soon just right infront of the hotel. Breakfast not much choice, food finish and no refill

Still a great place
This was our 4th visit to this hotel and it did not disappoint us, a very neat hotel, good staff, well maintained rooms, great pool and a fabulous breakfast, we will be back.
