The pictures of the rooms online are not accurate. They are dark, dingy, ridiculously small and facilities are far from what you would expect from a higher end hotel. The bathrooms “look” nice in the images but the reality is not. The roof doesn’t meet the walls so there are constantly hundres of mosquitoes and other flying creatures in there making using the bathroom/shower unpleasant and anything left in there becomes covered in them. You therefore can’t use the wardrobe in the bathroom and have to live out of a suitcase/back pack in the bedroom area which has a walk way around the bed of about 2ft with no storage. There’s being close to nature and there is being in it! If thats what you’re looking for then its great but had i known that i would not have booked the room as we did our upmost to avoid being in it for any longer than absolutely necessary. I would liken the room to extremely expensive glamping!!
The staff at the restaurant & beachside location were the best part.
