Amazing palace with the best staff

Pimalai is a little far to get to but really worth the time. The facility is beautiful, with one of the best sunset view anywhere. The staff is very friendly and courteous, well-trained by the management. The food is good but more like Western/US price. The sea is a little rough in August, but I heard the best is around January. We had a scooter accident so unfortunately had to cut short one day. The staff was very helpful, including Mikai the director, and we even met the general manager. Highly recommended, very impressed with Thai people.
