MUCH IMPROVEMENT NEEDED

Hotel rooms and bathrooms are in need of refurb. Quality of cleaning is not great. Staff generally were not friendly and helpful. The hotel has so much potential but does not have a good maintenance regime. The gardens although nice require weeding and pathways need repairing in certain areas. Overall the property has an impression of general neglect which is a great shame.
