Mama Resort sounds so welcoming but it is not

The room as it self was almost ok! It was clean when I arrived but nobody emptied the trash or tidied up the room for once during my 5 night stay. Not that nice with sand from the beach and all... Also the inner court yard was filled with rubbish and full of bin bags. The staff, well it felt like nobody was there. I didnt get a hello or goodbye when I went by the ”service desk”. Super rude for compared often so nice thai people. Sadly you could feel that they dont really need to care. People will stay at their place anyway cos of the high tourism in Lipe.
Ac was semi ok, wifi worked most of the times.
Location is good if you like to be in the middle of the hazzle. Mama is just in the beginning of the walking street next to everything you need. Especially nice if you like live music until 24 pm every night 😊

Not well maintained, Dirty, Service after Complaints
The room stinks, the water did not drain in the sink, the existing cabinet was badly damaged and only after complaining the room was cleaned. Towels were changed after a complaint only on the 2nd day.... อ่านต่อ
