very good hotel. and on the center of Koh lipe. very friendly staff. and breakfast very good,
but pls don't buy the snorkelling package on immigrate thr. due to (1) I buy short trip on first day and Long trip on second day. but on first day the co let me go Long trip first and not tell me this is Long trip. on second day, the co don't gv change , and want me change 500thai money then can let us go if not cannot go. (2) the co asked us wait on 9.30 but always 10.30 the boat ppl come, (3) one of the othr traveller tell us, they want to buy short trip (550 Thai money) but the company change them Long trip (650). (4) the incharge person always don't at the counter thr, always cannot find him. thus don't buy the snokelling package on immigration thr (Bunga resort one)

Good value is hard to find on Lipe
