Full price room at the construction site

The main lobby is under construction and there is actually no real lobby, no place to meet and have a coffee. The construction noise is also there, but it's not so terrible. What is very surprising is that they charge full room price for all that.

The service level of this hotel is unfortunately declining - I'm staying there for 6 years and in the past they really cared - gave room upgrades, offered late checkout, brought a small cake to my room on my birthday etc. Now none of this is happening anymore, even for long-time loyal customers. I'll surely look for another hotel next time.

very nice 5 star hotel except my corner room looked straight into another building. well located with handy shops nearby including a mart.
