Fantastic Phuket Experience

My stay and experience for the hotel was fantastic. Its a shame I can't say the same for Agoda.
I booked a room with breakfast as it said on the website. But when I received my voucher it said no breakfast.

I called up and the customer service person explained it should have a big green sgh with breakfast included even though it led me to believe it was already included as it states on my discount... 'does not include breakfast on the free night.' which implies breakfast included on the other nights.

Fine I said. and was happy. Now I've just received this review form and it quite clearly states room type 'superior with Breakfast!'

Well done Agoda.

Great location and short to beach

Perfect hotel
